Complaint form downloading
- The buyer making a complaint have a right to request from the seller the exchange of the product free of defect or to elimanate the defect. The buyer has also the right to request the reduction of the price, perhaps the seller immediately and without excessive inconvenience to the buyer will exchange the defected product or will eliminate the defect.
- In case of affirmation, that the product has a significant defect or the buyer is making an another complaint for the previousely fixed or exchanged product, the buyer has the right to withdraw the agreement.
- The buyer cannot withdraw the agreement, if the defect is not significant The complaint declaration should include the following data:
- Name and surname;
- Address to correspondance, also e-mail address and telephone number;
- Topic of complaint;
- Reason of complaint;
- signature. (own hand signature in case of a complaint sent via post
- The seller is responsible of fisical defects or fisically sold product only in case the defect is made between two years from the day of product receivement
The complaint will be considered by the seller immidiately from the day of recevement.
- About the result of the complaint the sellef will inform the buyer on an e-,mail address indicate in the complaint form and in case of complaint via post- on the address indicate by the buyer
- In case of consideration of the complaint, the seller is in charge to agree a comfortable deadline and form of exchange of the product which is in subject of the complaint.
